A single thread cannot form a thread, and a single tree cannot form a forest. In order to further improve team collaboration skills and enhance communication among members, we organized a colorful team event on November 25, 2023, including a kart race, escape from the secret room, and a pleasant gathering. This event adheres to the principle of voluntary participation and has attracted the enthusiastic participation of most team members.
The first stop of the activity is the go kart, and everyone arrives at 10 am one after another. After a brief training and explanation by the coach, everyone gained a preliminary understanding of the driving and operation process of go karts, and expressed their willingness to give it a try. Wear protective equipment, follow the coach's guidance, and everyone sits on a go kart, ready to explode at the slightest touch. The design of multiple curves gave us a sense of speed and passion. After the race, everyone excitedly checked their lap count, average speed, and ranking. After taking off their protective equipment, everyone changed into racing suits and took a precious group photo together. Under the blue sky and white clouds, youth is overflowing, symbolizing that our team is never old and the pursuit of dreams never stops.
Afterwards, everyone went together to enjoy a delicious lunch. At the dining table, we talked freely about our recent research topics and development directions, which facilitated deeper communication.
After dinner, some students formed a small team to experience video games and escape from the secret room, marking a successful end to the entire team activity. The whole process was full of laughter and joy. Through this activity, the relationship between our research group members became closer, and the cohesion of the team was further strengthened. Everyone expressed that this team activity not only helped them better understand each other, bringing joy and joy, but more importantly, laid a solid foundation for their future work. In future scientific research work, we will unite and collaborate more, constantly innovate, and jointly pursue more outstanding results.
